WHOLE MILK POWDER (WMP):                                         
                                  
Whole milk powder prices are up following upward trends from other 
dairy products. Most WMP is made to order, but some processors are 
reporting slight upticks in demand, especially in the food industry. 
Export demand is quiet. Production is steady to increasing. Some 
manufacturers note not wanting to maintain high stock levels.
