WHOLE MILK POWDER (WMP): The weak market has prices for whole milk powder 
moving lower. Production of WMP is limited. Most manufacturers are 
reporting producing on demand only. Even with the falling prices, export 
demand is limited because current pricing levels are not competitive. 
Some manufacturers feel that they can get a better return by making other
