WHOLE MILK POWDER (WMP):                                         
            
Market activity is very light, with light demand noted. Production is 
geared to covering domestic orders. Available supplies for export are 
limited. European prices moved lower but are not competitive with 
Oceania, which also moved lower to a greater magnitude. January - 
April 2015 whole milk powder exports for the EU-28, as reported by 
GTIS, decreased 11.9% compared to the same period last year. The drop 
in Algerian imports (-60% YTD), the number one destination in 2014, 
is not counterbalanced by the increase in imports from Oman (+330% 
YTD), which is the number one destination in 2015.
