WHOLE MILK POWDER (WMP):  Prices moved lower on both ends of the range.  
Current production is mostly moving through existing contracts.  Supplies 
of WMP at lower prices from New Zealand are attracting the vast majority 
of export buyer interest.  The market continues to have a significant 
weak undertone.  January-March 2015 whole milk powder exports for the EU-
28, as reported by GTIS, decreased 8.9% compared to the same period last 
year.  March exports increased compared to the previous month with the 
top three destinations; Oman, Algeria and Saudi Arabia.
