SKIM MILK POWDER (SMP):                                          
                            
Skim milk powder prices expressed in U.S. dollars increased slightly. 
There were two factors. First, while overall prices in the EU are 
stable, there were some slight increases in German and Dutch markets 
for certain SMP. Another factor was the weakening of the dollar 
recently. SMP exports from the EU January-February 2016 compared to 
2015, increased 4%, according to GTA. SMP exports from the EU 
January-February 2016 compared to 2015, increased 5%, according to 
GTA. The top three destinations and change in volume from the same 
period of 2015 were: Algeria, -12%; Indonesia, +53%; and China, +71%.
