SWEET WHEY POWDER:                                               

	Western European whey prices are unchanged at the top, but weaker 
at the bottom of the range. Production is more than sufficient to meet 
buyer needs. The market tone is quiet as buyers wait for an anticipated 
price break. Export opportunities are proving more challenging due to the 
stronger position of the euro against other currencies and competition 
from other major dairy export areas.
