SWEET WHEY POWDER:   

Sweet whey prices in Western Europe are steady. Demand is at a low 
level. During January, whey production in Europe moved lower as more 
attention was given to making lactose and whey protein concentrate. 
Even so, whey stocks are at a level that stable markets have been
