SWEET WHEY POWDER:  

Whey prices slightly declined at the lower end of the price 
range, reflecting feed grade whey pricing. Whey pricing is 
expected to move up and down to a small degree in coming weeks, 
moving within a trading range. Overall supply and demand are 
considered generally in balance. European whey export volume 
January-August 2016 was 5.9% above the same period last year. 
The three main destinations of exports and percentage of the 
total were: China, 29.4%; Indonesia, 15.3%; and Malaysia, 10.2%. 
European whey import volume January-August 2016 was 6.0% below 
the same period last year. The three main sources of imports and 
percentage of the total were: Switzerland, 89.5%; Norway, 6.4%;
