SWEET WHEY POWDER:                                               

Due to lower milk volumes, cheese production is down and therefore, so is 
whey production. With the lower milk volumes, manufacturers are deciding 
to produce the products that will give them the best returns, and 
currently that is WMP. Whey prices are steady. Demand for whey is 
inconsistent.
