SWEET WHEY POWDER: Whey prices are moving higher. Production is steady to 
increasing as cheese production is up. Demand is growing, especially for 
infant formula. Current pricing levels are increasing export demand. 
Manufacturers report high stock levels, but current demand is helping 
clear to more comfortable levels.  According to GTIS, EU July whey 
exports are down from last month. China imports from the EU are up 7%
