SWEET WHEY POWDER:  Prices are moving lower for whey in a weak market. 
Some producers feel that the low prices are a result of high inventory 
levels. Manufacturers do not feel that they are getting a good return on 
whey. Production is steady as cheese production remains active. Demand is
