SWEET WHEY POWDER:  Prices moved marginally lower this reporting period.  
The sweet dry whey market continues to have a weak undertone. Production 
is declining, reflecting the restraint in cheese production. Export 
activity has declined due to increased global completion and the 
hesitancy of buyers to make purchases beyond current needs on a downward
