SWEET WHEY POWDER:                                               
                                                                 
Dry whey prices declined marginally on both ends of the range.  The 
market is fairly stable with production restricted by the reduction in 
cheese output, caused by the continuing Russian ban.  Export demand is 
holding steady, though receiving increased competition from U.S. 
manufacturers.  China's November import data showed France as the second 
leading supplier of whey to China.
